CLI car.viv editor for NFS4:HS

A command line utility for editing car data in Need for Speed 4: High Stakes (NFS 4: HS).

This specialized utility provides a convenient way to view, modify, and save the internal text data stored in car configuration files (car.viv).

I originally made it while testing support for more than 49 cars in the game.

I needed a quick way to check for duplicate serial numbers, see which cars the game should recognize, and view their names.

• CLI interface
• Update fedata for all languages at once
• Quickly scan the CARS folder for duplicate serial numbers
• Quickly edit fedata
• Export and import data in JSON format

Simple example:
